The thought of getting a new boiler installed can be stressful as well as costly, that’s why we lay it out with these 4 steps and the help of our online quote tool to give you a start point.
Step 1. After you contact us we will call and/or message you to organise a day and time for our engineer to come to your home and have an on-site assessment to see exactly what works will be required, you can also ask us any questions you may have, this should take around 30 minutes and is totally free of charge.
Step 2. We will email and/or text you within 24hours of step 1 with an exact price breakdown of the works required. No hidden costs.
Step 3. Once you confirm you are happy with the price and give us a start date we will arrive between 8-9am on agreed date to begin the works.
Step 4. Once the works is completed we will take care of all the paperwork and register your new boiler for its 5 or 10 year warranty. As we pride ourselves on a helpful aftercare you can contact us anytime for help with your new boiler and if we can’t help you over the phone an engineer will come out free of charge to sort it for you.

I rang C1 on a Monday morning with a problem with my boiler. Connor was able to come round the next morning and look at it. It turned out to be a fairly obscure problem but he took his time and meticulously worked through a range of possible sources of the problem. He got to the root of it and fixed it promptly and efficiently. The boiler now runs perfectly. Excellent communication, very professional in every respect and extremely fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend C1 for their efficient, friendly service. I had an issue with my boiler not working properly and posted an ad on Rated People. Connor responded quickly and was able to come round the same afternoon to look at it. I also had a blocked kitchen sink at this time and he quickly joined the dots between the two issues and he not only fixed the boiler but unblocked the sink too! My boiler was not giving out hot water and had water dripping out. I tried to call the boiler company Ixxxx that the quoted price was very pricey- greater than 4 times of C1 （ -_-!）I am so lucky to find C1 in my Google search and decided to seek help from them.Very friendly and professional engineer, excellent help, very clear price and I would definitely recommend to everyone
