I rang C1 on a Monday morning with a problem with my boiler. Connor was able to come round the next morning and look at it. It turned out to be a fairly obscure problem but he took his time and meticulously worked through a range of possible sources of the problem. He got to the root of it and fixed it promptly and efficiently. The boiler now runs perfectly. Excellent communication, very professional in every respect and extremely fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend C1 for their efficient, friendly service. I had an issue with my boiler not working properly and posted an ad on Rated People. Connor responded quickly and was able to come round the same afternoon to look at it. I also had a blocked kitchen sink at this time and he quickly joined the dots between the two issues and he not only fixed the boiler but unblocked the sink too! Great service, very reasonable price and I'll definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

My boiler was not giving out hot water and had water dripping out. I tried to call the boiler company Ixxxx that the quoted price was very pricey- greater than 4 times of C1 （ -_-!）I am so lucky to find C1 in my Google search and decided to seek help from them.Very friendly and professional engineer, excellent help, very clear price and I would definitely recommend to everyone

Contacted C1 in order to have my combi boiler serviced.
